Each room sub-folder rooms/roomname contains the files defining a room, including the media associated with the room, and this database.sx file that describes the room and media.
The script !mkrooms.sx builds a room TitleContainer named roomname.sxt for every sub-folder rooms/roomname in the rooms folder.
