SIGCHI '88 went like a dream -- no disasters and lots of fun! And I
survived this semester's exams, with 2 A's and 2 B's! I will be at
Usenix, with a tape of neat window system stuff. 

I've been working on the NeWS implementation of HyperTIES, a
hypermedia browser. It's got a forth system as an interpreter engine!
It's useful for building control panels. The buttons can type at the
Forth system's stdin, and make it do things. I plan on using it to
build a front end for my Forth Cellular Automita Machine.  This all
probably sounds insane, but it seems to work! So now I have to
document it.
