whose real # is 652-4232.  What is
this number.  How can we abuse it?

a company pays to have an access code on skline hook directly to their line
without the customer having to dial the whole number.   it's like a 800 number
but it isn't at&t.  besides they can't very well give you their skyline code
and tell you to only call them with it.
the only way to use these (illegally) is to box off them if the terminate in
a nice old area.  they won't go dead because there is no way to bill the
company, and thus no fraud to commit.
