The 4.2BSD distribution of windows has been updated as follows:

	- installed fix from fluke!joe in WAcursor.c
	- installed fix from zhentel!ed in cover.c
	- installed H19 and HP terminal drivers
	- changed code using signal routines to automatically
	  compile properly under both 4.1 and 4.2 BSD
	- changed version number in open.c [minor]
	- added note in documentation about -ljobs going away
	  in 4.2BSD

I don't think I changed anything but the Makefile, which should now
be correct for 4.2BSD and easy to change for 4.1BSD.  In any case,
I've finally tested the source on a ``vanilla'' 4.2 system (a Sun).
