The ARPANET is dead

If anyone still has ARPANET (10.x.x.x) addresses in their namespaces,
you should remove them.  Perhaps you have NIC.DDN.MIL (formerly SRI-NIC.ARPA)'s
10.0.0.51 address in the ROOT DOMAIN SERVER ADDRESS on your site object?
If so, delete it as that address is now gone.  (The 26.0.0.73 address is
still valid but I don't know how the MILNET is connected to the rest
of the world at this point.)

The IMPs for the remnants of the ARPANET at SRI are being removed tomorrow.
